Outstanding Achievements:

　　Since 2001 , in Beijing I have acted as legal counsel for a number of corporations and large-scale investment projects and conducted further research on contract law, company law, securities law, foreign invested enterprise law, BOO, BOT project finance, (including highway construction project finance, large-scale tender and bidding), capital operation and have insightful ideas about them, and own solid legal knowledge, workable practical experience and extensive social judicial resources.
　　I have represented lawsuit about important construction project tender and bidding contract dispute between Yate Chemistry & Industry and Beijing Huaijian Group.
　　I undertook the case that Jiangnan Xincheng District Development Adnministration Committee (Construction Co. Ltd) in Mudanjiang city acquires Mudanjiang Sanli Construction Material Co. Ltd, Mudanjiang Fuda Enterprise Factory and 500,000m2land and was an executive lawyer to provide them with legal plan of mergering and reconstructing from November 2003 to February 2004.
　　From July to September of 2003, I participated in a great BOT project directly and acted as an executive lawyer for Zhongguancun bid association and worked out international bid file about Beijing Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center (Olympic Games) project. I was also responsible for negotiating cooperation between association and other numerous partners (20 more than business cooperative units), drafting and amending formal cooperative agreement. I won the clients’ extensive favorable comment and trust because I finished my task splendidly.
　　I have been practicing as a full-time attorney since 1993. By my 13-year experience, I accumulated abundant legal practical experience and solid theory foundation. In criminal cases, I handled a number of criminal and administrative cases and succeeded in defending for eight suspects to be innocent by rich experience in evidence investigation and analysis, representation and defense in courts, and enforcing verdicts for clients. Especially the case that JingShen Wang, criminal suspect accused as a murderer is defended to be innocent is awarded “Merit Citation, Third Class” by Chengde Judicial Bureau.
　　In the civil and commercial area, I usually lay particular emphasis on collecting important and key evidence before lawsuit (give the proof in accordance with the law in time limit), focus on strategy plan and make many sets of lawsuit scheme and make optimum choice favorable to the client. I have handled many big and complicated civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases and cleared up all kinds of debts for the client and applied for execution the amount up to RMB several billions during these years.
